10 Basic Responsibilities of a Nonprofit Board

This Board Development Session can be tailored to your organization’s needs.  It is most effective as a yearly training to onboard and/or re-energize your Board and is a 3-hour overview of basic Nonprofit Board Member Responsibilities.  It can be completed in one session or scheduled over several weeks.  In addition, each of these 10 areas can be explored deeper with your Board Members as a full 1-hour compressive Session.

Certified by Board Source and driven by a passion for people, Gina excels at guiding organizations through challenges, helping them ask tough questions, and finding practical solutions. Her extensive experience in both the nonprofit and church sectors provides her with a deep understanding of the unique needs and dynamics of these organizations.
